- When we refer to ‘we’, ‘us’ and/or ‘ours’, we mean AjjourWorld.
- Where we refer to ‘you’ or ‘your’, we mean the person using the website and/or its services.

Keep note that AjjourWorld reserves the right to change the content of its website, including the present Returns, Refunds, and Cancelation Policies at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

By signing the receipt voucher, provided by the shipping courier upon order delivery, you acknowledge and confirm that you received the purchased items in good condition, making the return/refund for defected items inapplicable.
- Order issues and defects will be handled on case by case basis by the AjjourWorld team.
- Do not send product(s)/item(s) to AjjourWorld prior to contacting AjjourWorld’s team.
- At the time of contact, a return authorization number will be assigned to you. Any product(s)/item(s) returned without this authorization number may become lost and replacement or website credit refund may not be possible.
- If you change your mind after purchasing a product/item on AjjourWorld, please Contact Us to explain the reason behind it.
- AjjourWorld’s return/exchange service is valid for 7 days after receiving the shipment.
- If you do not claim a return/exchange service within the 7 days after receiving the shipment, your exchange/return claim will be invalid.

1- If the product(s) have still not been dispatched to the shipping courier representative then we can instantly cancel the purchase order and give you a full refund.
2- If the product(s) have been dispatched, the cost of the product will be refunded via website credit, however, you will be liable to arrange and cover the full cost of returning the order.
Note that the order and the items purchased have to be returned in their new and original condition, in their original shipping package, also, the product(s)/item(s)’ provided tag(s) along with the original invoice, and the assigned return authorization number.
The returned product(s)/item(s)’ replacement/refund will only be made AFTER AjjourWorld’s quality control team confirms the condition of the product(s)/item(s) returned.
Once your return is successfully processed, you will receive a website credit from the AjjourWorld’s team via email.
We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

After obtaining approval from AjjourWorld management, AjjourWorld will accept returned product(s)/item(s) for website credit within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
The product(s)/item(s) have to be returned in their new and original condition, in their original shipping package, also, the product(s)/item(s)’ provided tag(s) along with the original invoice, and the assigned return authorization number.
The returned product(s)/item(s)’ website credit will only be made AFTER AjjourWorld’s quality control team confirms the condition of the product(s)/item(s) returned.
Once your return is successfully processed, you will either receive a website credit from the AjjourWorld via email or a replacement product in exchange if available in stock.
AjjourWorld reserves the right to choose if website credit or an exchange should be given.
AjjourWorld reserves the right to decline a returned product(s)/item(s) if the AjjourWorld quality control team doesn’t approve the condition of the product(s)/item(s).
If AjjourWorld’s quality control team deems that the returned product(s)/item(s) is used, we cannot process your return.
We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
4- In the rare occasion the product(s)/item(s) purchased and received is damaged due to a defect in material or workmanship, you will either receive a replacement product(s)/item(s) (if available in stock) or a reimbursement, via website credit.
Order issues and defects will be handled on case by case basis by the AjjourWorld team.
5- Discounted product(s)/item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6- Product(s)/item(s) categorized under earring(s) and piercing(s) on AjjourWorld are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7- In the rare occasion whereby you receive the wrong product(s)/item(s), contact AjjourWorld’s customer service department immediately.
We will issue a free return service and will bear the full costs for the return of the product(s)/item(s) and ensure you receive the correct product(s)/item(s) at no extra cost to yourself.
Note that, before we send out the correct product(s)/item(s), we must first receive the product(s)/item(s) wrongly sent.
Kindly note that you must inspect the products instantly and make the claim within 7 days of receipt.


After Sale Service

We, at AjjourWorld, strive to try to provide you with a proper customer service assistance along with a fine product(s)/item(s)’ material and workmanship quality check before shipping out the order.
AjjourWorld provides an After Sale Service assistance that will be depicted on a case by case basis.
The After Sale Service can be in a form of a same product replacement (if available in stock), or website credit.
Once the type of service that needs to be carried out has been assessed, you will be notified via an email from the AjjourWorld team.
Some services might be charged, however you will be notified for approval before AjjourWorld carries out the service.
Do not send product(s)/item(s) to AjjourWorld prior to contacting AjjourWorld’s team. At the time of contact, a return authorization number will be assigned to you.
